Update a report in Database

Summary of issue: Customer requests updates to a database report.

Pod/Department owner: PSE and above

Solution: Use the below wikis to confirm we are making the appropriate changes, and we that have updated the customer's reports in accordance with their request as well as best practices.

This includes, but is not limited to updates such as adding or removing a column, filtering reports, or adding annotations to output lines (e.g. collapse_tree, readOnly, hidden, edge, linkToFocus, etc.).
